Total Organizer Pro

Total Organizer comes in two versions, free, and pro (Total organizer Pro).

Additional 'Pro' features:

Password protection (using strong encryption algorithm)
Relations & attachments - that is, logical connections between items (created automatically and manually) so you can add e.g. task(s) to given contact, and file attachments - so you can add files to items (notes, contacts etc.).
Subscriptions (displaying items from one database in another one)
Adding images to items (notes, contacts etc.).
Recording voice messages.
