There are two versions of the program: Total Organizer (free), and Total
Organizer Pro (shareware, trial). You can go to help | about to find out which
version you have.
If it's a free version:
This program is freeware. You may freely redistribute it
without any questions.

usefulness or productivity. The author, Konrad Papala,
bears no responsibility for damage to your system resulting
from the use of this program.
You may not: disassemble, reverse engineer, recompile, de-
compile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code
of the Program; remove, obscure or alter any notice of
copyright or other proprietary right present on or in the
Program; or permit or authorize anyone else to take any
action described in this sentence.
Use of the program implicitly means you have agreed to these terms.
If it's a 'Pro' (paid) version:

You are hereby granted the non-exclusive right to
evaluate the feature-limited evaluation copy of the
software (Total Organizer Pro) for 30 days.
The evaluation version of Total Organizer Pro may be freely
distributed, provided that the installation package
is not modified in any way.
FULL VERSION:
You are hereby granted the non-exclusive right to
install and use the software (Total Organizer Pro) on a
SINGLE personal computer (unless you purchased
multiple licences).
You are not allowed, under any circumstances, to
distribute the full, registered version of the program
on the internet or other media.
