Preferences

General Information

You can change application options by clicking 'Tools | preferences' menu command (those options are self-descriptive). Some preferences though, are document-specific, and available at 'File | database properties' menu (like password-protection, or fields management).

Document properties

Click 'File | database properties' menu command to change currently open database properties. These are:

Password - protection.

Note: This functionality is available in Total Organizer Pro only.

Available at 'File | database properties menu command -> password protection'. The document will be encrypted using strong encryption algorithm - 128-bit Rijndael. There is no way to decrypt data if you forget the password. Note also, that there still be a few backups on the disc - and they'll stay there for a few next days. If you want to remove them now, read about backups.
