Q: Can I request a feature?
A: Certainly! Otherwise, how would I know what is really important to implement?

A: The priorities of the features are determined based on the number of
requests, so please visit the
forum and post
your request.
Q: I closed the application then reopen it (or closed the reminder(s)
window only) and I don't see a reminder again!
A: Don't worry, it will appear. It may take a minute or 15 minutes. The
only way to successfully remove a reminder is to click the "don't remind
again" button - any other reason which caused the reminder to close (closing an
application, closing the reminder window by e.g. pressing 'Escape') removes the
reminder only temporarily. They are quite stubborn. More :

Q:I did something wrong and I lost my data! (Or - the program
crashes/refuses to open the database - in both cases this usually means that the
database file is corrupted).
A: You can use one of the (automatically) created backups. Read more:
Backups.
