You can uninstall "Autostart and Process Viewer" by using the Control Panel Add/Remove Applications window. Activate the Control Panel, double click Add/Remove Programs and double click on the "Autostart and Process Viewer" list box entry. You can also uninstall the program by running "unins000.exe" in the application folder.
